Banana Lollies
Ice cream is a delicious treat, however generally filled with sugar, more sugar, colours and a little more sugar in the form of all sorts of fancy names. Surely we can have a treat without all the evil ingredients? I sought out these stainless steel moulds (link on my website) and decided to make a healthier version of ice cream that we can all enjoy without copious amounts of sugar and nasty chemicals.
2 Ripe bananas
375ml soy milk
Ice Lolly Moulds – I use the ecozi Eco-Safe stainless steel moulds and rack
Peel bananas. Add them with the soy milk to a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into your ice lolly moulds and pop in the freezer to set. Run the mould under hot water for only a few seconds and the lolly will slide out of the mould with ease.
