Vegan Healthy Pud Bowl
Sometimes we all need a little sweetness after a meal. This is a great vegan, healthy, heavenly bowl of deliciousness I sometimes even have for breakfast. I use Alpro soya yoghurt, however you can substitute it for any other dairy free yoghurt you like.
In this bowl I sliced a banana, dolloped soya yoghurt over it then topped it with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. A handful of pecan and cashew nuts with a healthy drizzle of maple syrup completes this simple yet scrumptious bowl.
