Time to make some delicious, healthy, refined sugar free, dairy free Ice Lollies! These stainless steel ice lolly moulds are perfect for making ice cold treats. Super easy to use too. Link in bio where to buy the one that I use. Here we have orange lollies, mango lollies and blackberry and apple lollies.
For the orange lollies, just squeeze about 4 oranges and pour the juice into the moulds, pop on the lids with the lolly sticks in and freeze.
For the mango lollies, I used frozen mango, defrosted a little. Whizzed it up in a blender and poured it into the moulds, back in the freezer for a few hours until they set.
For the blackberry and apple lollies, I used frozen blackberries which I melted with 2 tablespoons of coconut palm sugar in a saucepan. Juiced 4 apples in my slow juicer, tipped it all into a blender and whizzed it up. I did put the mixture through a sieve as the blackberries have ‘bits’ in them. Then poured it into the moulds and popped them in the freezer
